Beautiful location for a restaurant with such potential. Actually the service was excellent...the waitress brought out our wine to Adirondack chairs set up on the shore. "Ahh. This is the life." We moved indoors for dinner, and were very pleased with menu choices. When the...More

Granted it was Christmas Day and we wanted to be understanding of our waitress who may not have wanted to be working that day, however her nastiness was unparalleled. We wondered if she was in a "who can be meanest to a party of 6",...More

We stayed there for one night with my fiancé, just after getting engaged, and the owner left a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge to say congratulations, which we thought was adorable. Even though the bungallows are very close to the water, you dont...More

We were a party of 6, all excited for a good night out and went on recommendation of others. Very disappointing crab bisque, which is actually imitation crab. Calamari smelled bad, fried oysters overcooked. We were given what seemed like a communion wafer saturated in...More

We enjoyed a quiet relaxing dinner. Food choices were unique and delicious. It was nice to be away from the hoopla of t he usual Hampton scene. Service was very nice and friendly. Notable are the pictures on stairs of Paris designs!

The setting for this restaurant is beautiful. It's right on the bay with a great view. Unfortunately, the food is very mediocre. The "chocolate salad" was very good, and crab bisque was loaded with crab. The crustacean pot pie tasted as though the seafood and...More

Description
The Inn Spot On The Bay serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cheffes take turns at the stove, Cheffe Pamela is at the helm for Sunday breakfast & brunch, and Cheffe Colette takes over for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays. Part of the appeal, and what has made The Inn Spot so successful, is the fact that everything is made from scratch. The cheffes mantra is to use as much local produce and fare as possible. There are herbs, heirloom tomatoes and vegetables planted all around the restaurant property. The blueberries, rhubarb, quince and many other goodies come from Cheffe Pamela's family garden a few blocks away.
