Spent an amazing $31 in this place to avoid: $5.25 for iced chai, $4.00 for iced tea, $3.75 for iced coffee and a whopping $18 for coffee beans. When I asked the unfriendly and impatient gal behind the register when the beans were roasted - in other words, how fresh is the $18 coffee - she directed me to the... More

Swallow coffee moved down the road from this address. Just passed the big church literaly downhill below fourth street. The name changed to MOTO and they still have the best coffee in town, awesome pastries although limited choice but the best Waffles and egg sandwiches with Salmon for breakfast. All ingredients are local and Organic, the Salmon is wild caught.

The best coffee in Hudson is served here. The vibe is excellent. The wifi is added bonus! Try some of their teas too. The date square was also excellent.

This town has no Starbucks. Whether that is good or bad, I leave to you. There are independent coffee shops. The baked goods looked locally sourced and scrumptious. My chai latte was a whopping $4.50.

After walking around the amazing town of Hudson we were looking for a casual stop for coffee and a snack. We were lucky to find Swallow. I had a mocha latte which was the best I have ever had. And I have had a few. It was not overly sweet as some are, just perfect. The only slight negative, which... More

I'm admittedly picky about my coffee (I like Gimme, Grumpy, Financier, Think here in the city), and this place was very very similar. Complex, rich, full, low-acidity flavors for their iced coffee which I usually have to order iced espresso to get. The space is also very relaxed, airy and full of interesting art and communal newspapers.

I had a cafe mocha late in the afternoon. The mocha was very good, but the server was sullen and not particularly friendly. Not entirely sure I would return.

Professionally drawn coffees here and bagged coffee to go. Local hang-out that's kid friendly with a tot play area. Some of the better java in the village can be had here, and the people watching is an anthropological experience.

Swallow undoubtedly has the best coffee in Hudson. I drink cappuccinos and they always manage to get the right balance between coffee and foam. They also have a small selection of pastries and cakes. The muffins are a must. The place is casual and friendly with big tables for spreading out your New York Times.

We just walking around Warren Street in Hudson and stopped here and had a wonderful cup of coffee! Wish we could have eaten there. Customers were getting wonderful looking items!
