This is a feel good spot that has really high quality fresh food. The drinks are the real deal...the Armadillo doesn't cheat it's customers when it comes to portions...everything is plentiful...including the fun we have when we dine here!

I cannot wait to go back. Food was so good, so obviously fresh and made to order. This was a very tasty experience indeed. The drinks were generous and frozen margaritas came in many mouth watering flavors.

The Mexican cuisine at the Armadillo is famous, and rightly so. The Margaritas are top-notch and the perfect accompaniment to everything on the menu. The service is excellent, and the wait staff friendly.

I'm not a chef, but I've worked in restaurants. In my experience, restaurants like to protect their work product, including recipes. I'm sure you can find a good recipe online. Good luck!
