The menu has a good variety and the food was very tasty. It is centrally located just across from the indoor and outdoor ice arenas. We enjoy a good meal here whenever we are in town.

I really enjoyed the food we ate at Nicola's. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the bartender gave us some great red zin selections. The BEST part were the arancini balls and the delicious homemade marinara sauce they were in. We ate one so quickly we ordered another! I highly recommend this place for authentic, delicious italian food.

Coming from Providence RI it's hard to find authentic Italian Cuisine away from home. Maggie's Carbonara dish was superb along with everything else that was served! Attentive staff and genuine people. Job well done!

One of the worst place's to get Italian food, very very expensive. I got the chicken parm and it was 22.50 and all you got was a plate of pasta and two chicken breast. Chicken had awful taste and the sauce was just as bad. Had to ask to get bread and got that literally after our food came. Bread... More

First time and probably last time. We were a table of four. My family all ordered Chicken Picasa. Two of them came at the same time. The third one came a couple of minutes later. Guess I was punished for not ordering Chicken, as my entree was served well after the other three. I ordered Veal Marsala. Veal, I have... More

We started with Bruschetta, it was awesome! Our main course was Chicken Parm and it was the best we have ever had. The Chef sat with us for a time, and also shared his Bruschetta recipe. I very much would like to thank him for that. Very friendly staff, and the price was reasonable. We will definitely come back on... More

I had the Calamari Linguine w/ a Caesar salad to start. Enjoyed both very much. The staff was very friendly and would suspect that many are family. It had that family run feel to it. All the meals at my table were well received, the mushroom and fig pizza was raved about by several. Pizza oven was busy the whole... More

Pasta was old, over cooked and tough. Steak was Beef but just barely. Wine was $8 for 3 oz. of cheap House stuff. We asked for calamari and was told that was on the long menu and not available - probably a blessing. Odd experience because the facility is large and well appointed. We were there on a Wed nite... When we arrived the bartender asked, "Thai or Italian?" We asked, did we need to decide right then and he replied, "Yes, you kinda do." We chose Italian. We were seated and given menus. We each ordered a glass of wine...got a scant half glass for $8. A very limited menu. We inquired about calamari and the waitress said no... More

Nicolas on Main is 2 restaurants in one. They serve Italian and Thai. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted and made to feel welcome! Mike the owner and Dave the bartender made you feel like family and we left there wanting more. REasonably priced and great food. We'll be back for Thai tonight.

Thank Diane W
