A group of friends spent a Saturday evening here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The variety of brats and the fine craft beers made for a good meal. The group playing music were very good and the setting was friendly. Don't expect fine dining. It's a casual, fun atmosphere here and a great way to relax with friends.

Great place! Love the Sampler plaster so you can try 5 different brats and mustards. The sauerkraut and porter are favorites and of course, you can't go wing with free popcorn, Stafff is personable and knowledgeable. We go about once a week - great local dining.

We chose Brew & Brats for a winters lunch this month. The staff were friendly from start to finish - treated us like old friends who had just dropped in. The smell of popping popcorn greeted us - free baskets to all. We really enjoyed the Arbor Hill Sherried Wine Sausage - very flavorful and not salty at all. I... More

We stopped in for an early dinner and craft beer, they wurste (Sausages) Sour Cabbage and frecnch fries were great. Worth stopping in on the way by or looking for something to do. Check their calendar to see if they have music or some other events going on. Great place for people that like beer and wine as you have... More

If you love brats, you will enjoy your experience. They converted a garage into a restaurant. Very casual restaurant with hipsters present. While we were lunching a bachelorette party stopped for a private with wine tasting. With my brat I had homemade Root beer that was poured in a frosted mug. We had chili that tasted good even though consistency... More

Brat & sauerkraut was good. Didn't care for the beer (we got a flight). Atmosphere was okay...very friendly staff. The band (Lonely Boys) were very good. This might be a better place in summer.

This is such a great place tucked away in the Bristol Hills. I was a fan of Arbor Hill previously, and this is a great addition. The bratwurst are fantastic, the sauerkraut was super tasty (coming from someone who doesn't typically like sauerkraut), and they had a nice selection of beer and wine. People were friendly. Love the look of... More

Was really looking forward to getting back on WiFi to write this review. We were staying on the lake nearby and found this place on TA when looking for a brewery. Once I found they were a brewery and winery and sold german did and had live music. JACKPOT. We had some trouble with traffic but after a 12 hour... More

Arbor Hill of Naples, NY (Bristol Springs), is launching a new business called Brew & Brats. As the name implies, they will be offering crafted beers and specialty sausages (Brats – for Bratwurst).Arbor Hill has long produced wines and gourmet foods having distinct flavors signifying the heritage of the region. They now make 21 different wines and 47 gourmet food products. This new venture builds upon the historical significance of hops, an integral ingredient of beer. The Towns of Bristol and South Bristol were noted for their hop production – most of which supplied the McKechnie Brewery of Canandaigua in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s.The featured sausage is made with Arbor Hill Sherried Wine BBQ Sauce, which has been a staple at Arbor Hill almost since the winery opened in 1987 – due to the original formulation developed by Neapolitans Darryl Braun and Doug Preston.Arbor Hill has also partnered with Hartmann’s Sausage of Canandaigua to bring other exciting flavors and styles of sausage with taste and quality second to none. The new venue, the historic carriage barn behind the retail store, gives them the grilling capability and ample space for people to enjoy a great brat and beverages.Arbor Hill Winemaster, John Brahm, sums it up this way -- “There aren’t too many places in this world where the region’s natural attributes, the available expertise and the passion of accomplishment come together. We are fortunate to live in such a region.”
