Ok. I've had various style dogs all over the country and world for that matter. What am in missing with Red Hots? The dogs are neither red or hot. This is a clean diner with typical diner breakfast and lunch fair. The service was prompt and friendly. I ordered a red hot platter that came with two Michigans, fries and... More

Don't go. That's my best advice. We read other reviews and were hoping for a great experience. We seated ourselves at the server's request and she went over a few items that are frozen and not made fresh there -- basically every appetizer except the cheese sticks is bought premade. My husband ordered the roast beef plate with mashed potatoes... More

This became our go-to place to eat during a short visit to Plattsburgh. There is no wonder their "Michigans" (chile dogs) are among the winningest in nationwide contests. The service was excellent. It was a slow night for dinner, and we appreciated chatting with our waitress. If we're ever up there again, we will definitely stop in again!

This restaurant is filled with the aroma of MILDEW! If smells like it has been underwater and only open a month out of the year. Not pleasant. And it is open year long. Waitress have attitude! Not great. Food is just average. Small portions. High prices! Never satisfied when coming here. Just such a great location!!! Skip it...you will find... More

This week ate here with two friends, I always order breakfast no matter what time of day I eat there, the corned beef hash/egg breakfast is delicious and served nice and hot. The toast could be toasted longer but it is good with the jam that is provided (not home made like some places in this area serve). The coffee... More

They serve the best fries and gravy in the area. Staff were so sweet and caring. You get plenty of food for the perfect price . Can't wait to go back again.

Nice little dinner type place at we just ate at. The grilled cheese was good and they offer a veggie burger. Friendly and close to the campsite.

I've driven by before because of location but the food was decent. Service was great. A little more than expected although still worth it.

We were in town for a wedding and ate here like 3 times. It's like I said in the title, a hometown Denny's with nicer wait staff. Breakfast was great, we had lunch another day and good again. Everybody loves the Monte Cristo, I got a club and the bread was perfectly lightly toasted and not smothered in butter.

We wanted a place to eat. close to the ferry to Vermont. Gus's more than sufficed. My husband loves hot dogs and the Reds Special had him smiling. Friendly wait staff, cute 50s feel and wide selection of diner food. We also found the prices to be very reasonable.

Thank M M
