Let me start with how to get a reservation. Do it at 12:01, two months in advance, online. Can't be bothered? Then this might not be your cup of tea. Think $300 a person is too much for a meal at arguably a 5 star restaurant? Again, consider another choice. Like your food simple and predictable? Not the right place.... More

This is so far the biggest expirience at any restaurant world wide.. from welcome till leaving every detail is taken into account. Surprises and original ideas keep on coming. It sure was cumbersome to make a trip to go to this restaurant (45-60 min by car) but it was definitely worthwhile. Charming setting. Warm welcome. Friendly service. The food... outstanding! Fresh local seasonal products masterly prepared. A joy for the eyes and palette. An experience. One small comment, a couple of dishes out of the 20+ delights were uncharacteristically salty.

They say "we're just gonna feed you" and you won't be disappointed. Go in with an open mind and you'll be utterly delighted. They will make sure you don't get something you're allergic to or utterly dislike. Open your mind and you'll be transformed. Farm to table at it's peak.
