We just got back from my wife's 25th-anniversary-at-work luncheon at Brasserie 292, and we had a party of 17. They gave us a menu of three first courses, three entrees, and three desserts. For the starters, the mussels were fantastic. My wife loved the salad. The French onion soup was good. My problem with the meal came with the salmon.... More

I had an excellent dinner here of Hudson Valley sourced food cooked with French technique (though not all of the menu is like this). Fun Parisian decor, good service although I was solo. Walking distance to the Bardavon Theater.

Have had mixed luck here. A good menu a fine bar. Last week after staying away for months was one of their good nights. The 3 of us had fine meals. 2 of us are on no carb and we were readily accommodated. At times staff is snooty. Not tonight. Come in towards the end of the evening you may... More

My family saves to celebrate special occasions at this lovely taste of France in the Hudson Valley. Interesting cocktails, great oysters, generous portions of excellent brasserie fare, all served by great staff in a beautiful setting.

Arrived ten min early from our reservation and right before we would to be seated, we were told it would be a wait . Mind you the restaurant was half empty. I found it kind of odd so when I asked why the wait the waitress walked away towards the back . Another waitress came after ten min of waiting... More

I like this place, particularly for lunch. It's elegant, welcoming, and great lunches. I adore the mussels, the oysters, the beet salad. I try not to go on the weekends, because the noise level is astonishing, like a wave of noise you must dive under.

If I had been led in blindfolded I would have guessed I was somewhere in France or at least in a major US city. Really attractive, authentic decor beautifully executed. Excellent menu and just as excellent a wine list and BTG selection almost exclusively French. I had the prix fixe business lunch for 22.00. I chose onion soup, moules et... More
