I had the haddock dinner. Simply delicious!! Excellent homemade cole slaw and exceptionally tasty fries. Add excellent service and you have one wonderful meal.

Nothing has changed except the name. Timber's sold to a long-time employee (Steph) and has been renovated and cleaned up, but the food and prices are unchanged. American-style food and local prices and great service. Coffee is endless and servings generous.
Needed to eat and didn't want to stop at a fast food restaurant. I questioned two departing customers who raved about their food so in spite of my reservations about the look of the exterior, I went in. The place is old, worn and delapidated...More
Whether you are a resident of Pulaski or just passing through town via I-81, The Timbers is the best place in town for breakfast. You'll find the usual assortment of breakfast items, but we like the Fretta options best - potatoes, eggs, veggies, and breakfast...More
A perfect beginning to a day of fishing. Coffee is good, food is tasty and the service is great. If I can figure out how to leave the river for lunch, I'd like to try out their lunch offering. Next time.
Great little hole in the wall place. People are great and the food was AMAZING. Open super early and the service is quick. We go her every year and I look forward to their steak and egg bagel
This little restaurant has a great breakfast. $5.50 for 2 eggs, country potatoes, toast & sausage & coffee. Coffee is always pouring. Really home cooked. Locals there with fish stories. Lots of local color. ;^)
Best breakfast in town...also do lunch & dinner but I never make those :-(
