Fantastic Gluten Free pizza!! Crust was nice and crispy and toppings were fresh. I do not have Celiacs but just a sensitivity- felt fine afterwards.

Went on a Sunday evening. Kitchen closed at 9, we got there after a long day and after we took the Cross Sound Ferry so we were starving. Ordered a large pie half pepperoni and half plain along with a chicken marsala and futtcini carbonara. Pizza was amazing, real crunchy crust (without having to cook it well done) and found... More

Very pleasantly surprised. Food was excellent and served family style. Service needs to improve. Needed some extra wait staff.

We were celebrating our anniversary and I splurged and ordered shrimp scampi. I got a plate of spaghetti not al denta and 6 really small shrimp for $22. Ask before you order! My husband, got a wonderful dinner with sausage, veal parm, chief ckicken parm, meatballs, pasta and sauce for $19. I was so upset I ordered the wrong thing... More

Four of us "felt for Italian" and choose this restaurant. The dining area is small but nicely decorated. Each of us ordered a different dinner from the menu. The food was delicious and the portions enormous. All of us, including the men, were able to take half our meal home. We all decided that this was going to become a... More

Uncle Joe's was previously called Parto's. We would frequent Parto's probably once a week and absolutely loved the plain pizza (so cheesy and perfect). So when they changed owners we were dissapointed but figured we would give it a try. We ordered a pizza with mushrooms, garlic and tomatoes and they put powdered garlic on it! Powdered garlic at an... More

Two such different experiences. First dinner was on a Thursday night, with very few diners. Service was good, and the food was delicious. Southern Italian cooking with a terrific lentil soup and delicious eggplant parmigiana and pizza. So we went back on Saturday night. Mistake. The restaurant was crowded (but not full). It took a while for the waitress to... More
