Looking for a great omelette, and I found one. Location is great right in the middle of town. Thanks!

We are summer residents at Paradox Lake and every summer we eat at Pitkins at least once a week. The prices are reasonable and Marie and her staff are the best. The breakfast sandwich and the turkey clubs are must dos and her homemade soups and dessserts always tasty.

Food was good and staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was served during breakfast hours only. Lunch options were good. Try the soups and pies.

Great for lunch with delicious soups, sandwiches, and salads but their specialty is breakfast. They're blueberry pancakes are infamous. Folks come from far away to enjoy them.

Even though we are largely vegetarian and are limited on the lunch menu to the grilled cheese, we go to Pitkins every time we are up in Schroon Lake. This is a real family restaurant and a crossroads of the many communities of people who live or visit the area. They are welcoming to all. The homemade pies and rice... More

I stopped into this restaurant with family while passing through. It was a busy place and we felt welcome from the moment we stepped in the door. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. Two of us decided to share a chef salad and it was a good choice. There was more than enough to serve 2... More

The Pulled Pork was really delicious! My son had their version of the Reuben. Pulled pork, slaw and melted Swiss cheese on toasted rye bread. The prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly.

Standard diner fare, charming spot, very clean and with exceptionally attentive and friendly staff. The only negative, for me and my son, was lack of vegetarian options. We both ordered grilled cheese and fries but a veggie burger option would have boosted this review by a point.
