It has been several years since my last visit which I thought was fairly good and made me want to come here again. Unfortunately this visit was somewhat disappointing. I ordered take out and when I arrived one of the employees was playing with a toy instead of working. The rice was sticky in an over-cooked way, and the flavors... More

We went for a quick lunch. I love Asian food so much that I can't say this is the best Thai I have eaten. It is served quickly however, in a pretty sterile atmosphere but I guess since the majority of the clientele were students, this is perfect when you are in a hurry between classes.

Food was good, but not great. Thai is my favorite, so I always trying to find it an every city I go. Nothing to write home about. Friendly service. Interesting desert selection, but generic and not really Thai related.

Stopped in here after an SU basketball game so we didn't have to wait for traffic. Besides the fact that it's not very easy to find, it's amazing!! The Place is very well dictates & clean & there was plenty of seating. We all ordered the Pad Thai. It was probably some of the best Pad Thai any of its... More

Very good Thai food within walking distance of Syracuse University. Decent menu selections, and prices are reasonable.

After a wonderful lunch here earlier this year we returned for dinner after watching the football game at the Carrier Dome. We were even more impressed this time. Our nephew who grew up in Thailand craved some good Thai food and we were not disappointed. We ordered a Satay appetizer. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the peanut sauce was... More

Great location downtown, close to the university. The food was fantastic and this coming from one person from Thailand and two others who have been there at least a dozen times. We started with chicken satay, then moved on to a variety of other dishes from a curry to fried fish to a noodle salad. None disappointed our taste buds.... More

We met our nephew who is considering transferring to Syracuse for a tour of SU campus and a bite to eat. He suggested Appethaizing. It took us a while to find it and as we descended the stairs I wasn't sure if we made the right choice. I was wrong. The place was jammed and we ended up sharing a... More

We met our SU student niece for lunch here just prior to the inauguration ceremonies for the new Chancellor. I had not eaten here before but had heard very positive reviews of the food. I was not disappointed. I had a dish with lots of vegetables plus shrimp. The "heat" was just right and the broth was fantastic. Lots of... More

After eating at the AppeThaizing on the SU campus, our expecations were dashed. Dark, drab, food so-so, wait staff friendly but not attentive. Not on my return list.
