Eaten here 20 to 30 times and always had a good meal. We especially like their vermicelli offerings and pho soup. A pot of hot jasmine tea is free with your meal. Two people eat for 20 dollars or less, great value. Servers friendly.

Trying to get to Pho Mekong when it was open was a game. According to published schedules, it was supposed to be open on a Saturday. I went with my daughter and it seems like it was closed for good. The next time I was in Utica, it was not open either when it was supposed to be open. The... More

It's deceiving from the outside, but there are tables for 2-4 guests or one large table to accomodate larger groups. The service is quick, and friendly making it a great place for lunch. My favorite is the Railroad Rice, a half pineapple stuffed with fried rice, shrimp, vegetables and I have to have the Bubble Tea. The soups are wonderful... More

This is the best Pho noodle place in the area. I haven't tried other dishes but all they look great. No charge for hot tea and fast service are plus.

Small restaurant, building appearance from outside does not represent the quality of the food served. Simple interior. Live about an hour away and make a point to visit every 5 weeks or so. If closer-would go much more often. Vegetables are fresh, rice noodles homemade, no heavy sauces, they provide extra vegetables on all dishes upon request. Eat my entrée... More

This is a very modest looking restaurant that has great Southeast Asian food. I had a ginger stir fry that was done to perfection. A very generous serving with loads of fresh veggies (red and yellow peppers, zucchini, onions, etc.) I had chicken but there were options of pork, beef and shrimp. There is an extensive menu and I suspect... More

Pho Mekong is an efficient and dependable place to meet friends and eat. The service is matter-of-fact and cordial. The ambiance is basic. And, the food is very good. First off, there is no (or little) obvious signage, so it isn't obvious to identify from the street. Parking is abundant. Once inside, the staff is friendly and expeditious. Don't hesitate... More

The Pho was pretty good. The size was quite large comparing to other Pho restaurants. The waitress was super friendly. Will go back if go to Utica again.

If you are local or in town cant go wrong with this place. The building is not that appealing but please do not judge book by its cover, the food is phenomenal.

If Vietnamese comfort food is what you're looking for, you'll find it here. Outstanding personable and prompt service. Quality noodle soups and dishes. Very relaxed atmosphere. Priced right for good value. In & out at lunch time in about a half hour. I will certainly return.
