We were near the airport and looking for dinner. The beet and bacon salad with tempura cheese was so good and we also had the lasagna-very tasty. I would order both again and plan to come here next time I am in town.

What a surprising treat. The service was exceptional. I had the lamb special, which was amazing. The banana cheesecake was interesting, different - quite tasty.

Although the outside is not very inviting, the inside is very pleasant yet small - perhaps 13 tables. We had reservations at 6:00, the place was filled by 7:00. Some unusual items on the menu (check their web site) and several specials. We were very pleased with the special oysters, watermelon caprese salad, and the scallop and french cut pork chop... More

Small intimate place best for two or four, but we've seen as many as eight in a party on occasion. Quiet relaxed atmosphere. Excellent knowledgeable servers, Somewhat limited menu in size, but oh so good. Duck confit appetizer, goat cheese and walnut salad among the best starters for us. Other than lasagna, their house specialty, the entrees and deserts are... More

Four of us had dinner here last week while in Buffalo. While not much to look at from the outside, the restaurant was warm and inviting inside. Service was very good, and our server was very helpful with portion sizes and recommendations. The food was fresh, delicious and not just typical Italian fare. We loved the octopus, pasta, the shrimp... More

This is an intimate restaurant that is truly undiscovered. Food is excellent, more on the comfort food style then the exotic . That is great as they know what and who they are, service was exceptional, friendly, and attentive as well as knowledgeable. Pricing was in line with any other dining experience of that quality. A wonderful experience.

My wife and I went out to a movie and dinner last night. The movie was "Joy" and was was terrible. We couldn't believe Jennifer Lawrence got a Golden Globe for that. The dinner at Amaretto...was fantastic. It is a small local place that serves unbelievable food. The atmosphere was great and the staff were perfect. The portions were just... More

Amaretto Bistro recently dropped "Italian" from their name, and now offer a mix of cuisines as well as traditional Italian. We went there on Saturday night after a movie, and had a wonderful dinner. We shared a mixed green salad, then had our main courses: Traditional Bolognese with pappardelle for my girl friend, and a completely non-italian, very rare, sesame crusted... More

I have eaten here several times and always had a good meal. The unassuming facade should not deter you from trying this small, locally owned bistro. Each dish is prepared from fresh, seasonal ingredients and the entrees change frequently enough to keep things interesting. Service is always attentive and professional. If this little place was n New York City, the... More
