My fiance and I went here because it is the only Mexican food in town. They are always so friendly and fast but the food is very typical and average. My fiancee got some beans as a side and they were do watery and mashed up that they didn't look like beans, nor did they have taste. We told the... More

The people are super friendly, the place is clean, service was fast and excellent. The salsa and chips were fresh as was the guacamole which clearly was made very recently before we ordered it. Both of our dishes were delicious--I'd definitely eat here again! Very family friendly atmosphere as well.

We ate here during our stay to Bryson City. Good salsa and chips and great house margaritas. Large portions and good prices. Nice atmosphere and family friendly.

My husband and I were really pleased with this place. We had a lady suggest this as a good authentic place to eat while we were in town. Little lady who sat us was sweet and took good care of us. Glad we were recommended to this place

The food is pretty good. I have eaten very good Mexican food in Southern California and Texas and Guayabito's does not compare, but it is decent food and fairly priced. It is worth mentioning that they have very good house-made salsa and they are happy to keep your table supplied with chips and salsa gratis. If you want to "get... More

We were surprised to find an authentic Mexican restaurant in North Carolina. Good service from friendly staff. Food was tasty. Chips and salsa were very good. When we go back to Bryson City we will definitely eat here again.

This was our first visit even though we are in Bryson City often. We should have been coming here more often cause the food is very good. The place was packed for a Sunday that was also new years day. That being said we were seated fast and waited on quickly. The pre meal chips and salsa were better than... More
