This was a nice place to eat in Burnsville. We stayed at a cabin nearby and went a couple of times. Food was a good value and service was fine.
Two club sandwiches (which arrived without bacon) with sides of hashbrowns (burnt) and two sodas cost us $26. By the time we tipped the waitress we had spent over $30 on food that should have cost $15 to $20 at the maximum. The food itself...More

Hilltop serves lunches, and some evenings it's open for an early dinner. The food is downright good with generously sized burgers, local fish, sweet potato fries, and old-fashioned malts. Nothing vaguely fancy--just really good food.

LOVE the Reuben sandwich! YUM! Always find that you get more than the bill. Great staff.
Great if you're from Burnsville, otherwise they don't treat you so good. The food is pretty good.
