I have always been impressed with my meals there. Chicken tenders are top notch and the pulled pork nachos with beer cheese are out of this world. Both visits have been mediocre service, hence 3 vs 4 stars.

Spent the day exploring new places with close friends and found Tyler's in Carrboro. We wanted a place to sit outside to enjoy one of the last warm fall days of the season and Tyler's had their garage doors open and with the sofas in one corner we al felt like we were at home. They have a great draft... More

Tyler's has a nice variety of draft beer. The food is good and nice quality of fresh ingredients. The bar area is very nice too.

We stopped in to Tyler's for Sunday brunch last weekend. When we noticed there was no one inside, that should have been our sign. We were in the mood for brunch but the server told us that Brunch Was just "okay." I ordered an over-seasoned chicken breast sandwich and my friend had the eggs Benedict which didn't come out as... Carrboro has lots of places for good food/drink and Tyler's is one of them. While this is a bar that seves food, it is a comfortable place to take a family for lunch or dinner. The chicken fried chicken is a family favorite--and the chicken pot pie is another! Side dishes include excellent succotash and collard greens--so good that even... More

We just dropped in and sat at the bar for some drinks. Bar tender was awesome and great service. We didn't eat anything but that did have a great selection of food!

Tyler's in Carrboro is a great place for the family, night out with friends or couples. The candied sweet potato tots and fried pickles are the best apps. I also love the bacon blue burger.

Every once in a while I break away from my super healthy nutrient rich diet to enjoy some fried pickles here. So yum! I am really impressed that they have brews from my fave brewery in mendo, norcal... Boonville Brewery! I go to Boonville every summer for SNWMF and now my local tap room has their beer! I particularly like... More

Ate here with a bunch of friends who were in town for the weekend. The food experience was a hit and miss affair. Our appetizers, Fried pickles and garlic fries, were very good. I had a pork belly sandwich that was ok, but not great. The pulled pork mac and cheese that a couple of our party got was the... More
