This is such a super cool idea for a lunch get together, or quick snack, unfortunately it is just not executed right. The staff are mostly super friendly and ready to take your order. Though, you will quickly find that it apparently takes 10-15 to...More

Your experience was completely unacceptable to us - this is far from what you should expect when you come to one of our restaurants, and we will immediately address why this happened with everyone on the clock. I'd ask that you please give me a...More

When this opened up at Brier Creek, I had to go try it. Growing up in Wisconsin, brats were very common, and now I could get one here without having to cook it myself! I went with my wife and two children. We ordered a...More

Every one of us -happy happy happy to explore a new restaurant to us. As a person who enjoys exploration in cooking and always wanting to try something different and a international flair I tried the cheddar brat with aged cheddar. There was a unique...More

I go here regularly. The quality is very good. I've seen people write about stale buns and shriveled/burnt meat but I've never experienced that. Service is excellent. I've tried many different items and have really liked all of them except I've been disappointed by the...More

Service was prompt and friendly, the prices a bit higher than your average McD lunch, but overall it's still a good value.

I really enjoy hot dogs and sausages. Cloos Coney Island in Raleigh is great but I tried this place with my son and neither of us finished our meal because it just didn't taste good. I gave it a second chance today and was again...More

balger, I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your experience. I'd ask that you call me personally to discuss which entrees you ordered - 919-368-4500. We carry a number of sausages and dogs, all made with lean, fine cuts of meat. All of our bread is baked...More

Kayris, I appreciate your feedback very much. I'm disturbed to hear about your experience at our Cary location - it is completely unacceptable and will be addressed immediately. I think you can see that this is not how we train to treat our guests- evidenced...More

Not much to say here. Food was ok, but way overpriced. I had a sausage, kids lunch (regular hot dog and small fries) and a drink and it was close to $20. No fries with the sausage. I was still hungry, so stole some fries...More
