Held a short business meeting at this cafe. There are plenty of choices for everyone's taste. Nice outside seating area.

Excellent wait staff, consistently good coffee. Nice atmosphere. Good for breakfast meetings or a coffee date:) Owners are very nice and welcoming. Nice to see a "mom n pop" place thriving.

I love their fresh coffee beans. They are literally oily and very fresh. They only carries few selections but they are great!

I really like this place! It's my favorite coffee shop in Cary. There aren't too many places where you can get multiple varieties of drinks and like all of them, but this is it for me. I really like their menu. I've tried the Sea Salted Toffee Latte, Sea Salted Caramel Latte, White Chocolate Mocha, and White Chocolate Turkish Hazelnut... More

Feels more like home the the normal chain coffee shop..prices have risen a bit but they have great drink specials and strong regular coffee as well as treats and snacks. Great place to study or work with free internet.

Use to be a regular visitor but after a while their prices rose above Starbucks and caribou coffee. And the quality went down. Their regular cold drinks started to taste watered down and always tasted different depending on who made it. Atmosphere is good and employees nice. But in the end caribou and Starbucks proved a better value with better... More

The owners are friendly and make sure everyone is happy with their selections as well as their overall experience. The service is personalized and if you tend to go there regularly, they will know your name and greet you warmly. Prices are comparable to Starbucks.

It's a Grind is my go-to place for a good iced drink. I tend to get Starbucks since they're always around, but I find that It's a Grind has a better coffee taste, and also goes down without leaving watery slush afterwards (I don't know how to explain it but imagine getting a slurpee and you suck out most of... I spend 3 out of 5 days work in coffeeshops around the Research Triangle. It's a Grind in Cary/Morrisville is a nice shop, but the prices are INCREDIBLY high. For instance, a piece of quiche and a cookie is $9. Their plain coffee prices are thru the roof, $3 for a cup of standard brew, plus they want you to... More

I love latte's and this place has one of the best. I also like the blended coffee drinks they make. Always a good vibe going on each time I visit. Espresso drinkers need to check this place out.
