I went to Phat Burrito for my last visit today, in the wake of their announcement that they are closing due to the parking issues they have. It sucks that a once awesome place to eat is going to make way for more condos/apartments in Southend. Just a word to the wise about going one last time. The staff is... More

I was the only person there and they forgot my orders which was rather upsetting however after twenty minutes and reminding them I did receive a finger sized burrito

I know the ingredients are supposedly fresher but I just don't love it. Its local I am sure but the taste does not stand up the chains in the same category like Chipotle or Qdoba. I would choose them instead although I feel guilty saying so.

My husband and I went to this restaurant based off an online review of it being vegan friendly. Before I placed my order, I asked the cashier if the cook and the prep person could wash their hands and change their gloves because I have a dairy allergy. I also asked if my condiments could come from a fresh batch... More

I have been eating at Phat Burrito for a very long time. One night last week, I ate their again, and the Burrito was terrible; I don't even think that there was any cheese put on my veggie burrito! (I should of have them put some on or asked them for a refund.) The woman who waited on me appeared... More

Went with a friend after work...we each got a burrito. Food was good...very simple. Not heavy or greasy. If I didn't have jalapeno in my burrito it would have been bland as I didn't really taste much in rice or beans separately. Portions were huge. Service was OK-everyone was nice but didn't go above and beyond. Prices were very good.... More

Didnt quite know what to order and the cashier was quite helpful in recommending what to eat. I had a huge chicken burrito with tomatoes, guacamole, black beans, and sour cream. I found the burrito to be delicious, huge, and filling also the service was quite good as well. The prices were a bit expensive, but is understandable for the... More

Fresh ingredients and the largest burittos I have ever seen. really, it weighed over a pound! the pico and the salas are out of this world. I like the salads too. I always call in an order because they are stupid busy at lunch with the line usually out the door. I call ahead, walk in, pick it up, leave.... More

After reading other reviews, we decided to go with our 17 yr old grandson. It is in a bad part of town with bars on the windows. We were nervous but decided to try anyways. The food was good, however the sides were very small. Expensive for what was served. Concrete floors that hadn't been swept for a while.

Stopped in here to give it a try. Had the bbq chicken burrito. Holy moly that thing was huge!! Rice was cooked very well. Chicken tasted really good. All in all a really good burrito. I got mine to go so I can't really comment on the inside atmosphere. I do know it was hot as all get out where... More
