Fish tacos were amazing. We always have good meals here. Very consistent. Crab cakes are my usual go-to.

Very nice place and atmosphere. Food and service were excellent. I ordered a filet mignon with mashed potatoes and my husband had lamb chops with hand-cut fries. Delicious! Also, we had the PB & G slaw which was very good as well. For desert we had the Key Lime Pie and we both agreed that it was the best we've... More
I have a friend up in Asheville that kept harping on me to try 131 Main restaurant. There is one up there in addition to the one in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte. (There is a third location also, can't remember where at the moment) Christmas week we finally had a reason to try it out as we had some... More
My husband and I have recently fallen in love with this place. When they first opened their menu was so-so and we never brought this up as an option for a night out. We were tired of the same old stuff and gave it a try about a month ago and have been back twice since. Their menu is nothing... More
Was here most recently on Christmas eve for a family dinner and, as always, it was a great experience. Great menu, well prepared food, varied wine list with cheap to super expensive options and very attentive staff (in addition to our 'assigned' server, we had at least 4 other staff members stop by to see if we needed anything). Try... More
My (now) wife and I have enjoyed 131 Main for the past three years...she took me there on our first date when I relocated to Charlotte...so it has some sentimental hold on me. The last three times we have been there our food has been undercooked, once to the point of physical illness when my wife consumed an undercooked prime... More
I ordered crab cakes here--about the least expensive entree on the menu ($25.) My salad was extra. No bread was brought to our table; no lemon in the water. My crab cakes were served with large asparagus spears (no rice or potato), and since I asked for no added salt, they were served without any sauce at all! I had... More
Go here from time to time Hit or miss I am finding this place Enjoy once then next time don't want to go back Strange for a restaurant to be so inconsistent Will try again but not in the near future
Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. Would you be willing to message me your email or phone number so that I can have the General Manager contact you about your visit? Thanks More
My first visit to 131 Main, it was a birthday invitation by friends, and I liked it. The Thai salad with beef tenderloin tips was very nice.we shared a Key Lime pie which was creamy!
I had not been to this restaurant in awhile and in the past had ordered the crabcake salad and remember it to be very yummy. When we returned this past week, I ordered it again and it is still the best crabcake salad I've ever had. The crabcake is made mostly of lump crab with not a lot of filler,... More
