What a terrible (and sad) experience at what was until now, one of our favorite pizza places. The drink order was the first sign of problems. Picking through the large menu of microbrews, we placed our orders. The server then replied: “I’ll need to check if we have these, since we don’t have half of what is on the beer... More

Our visit was disappointing to say the least... the only reason I give it one star is because our waiter was friendly and it's not his fault this place sucks. They say "44 beers on tap" when in reality they have about 10 taps in use. When ordering a beer, the first FOUR I requested that were clearly on the... More

We used to really enjoy revolution. Great location, tasty food, good and local beers... But tonight? Our service was TERRIBLE. Our server clearly didn't want to be there. She messed up my son's order, which was pepperoni pizza, not complicated. When I had enough and found the manager, he ended up lying to us, and then our Groupon 'accidentally' came... More

My husband & I live right across the street from this restaurant, so despite the poor reviewes, we really wanted this place to be good. Sadly it was not. Service was horrible. I could not believe how bad service was. It was like the place was being run by people that have no restaurant experience! I could not believe the... More

Great casual laid back atmosphere. Incredible gluten free pizza. Had the pesto and the revolution and both were delicious. Huge selection of beers. Nice out door seating area. Excellent attentive service. Highly recommend for a fun, casual night out.

My wife and I visit here often and although we are older than the "usual" patrons, we love this place. Not sure how many beer selections they have on draft (I believe more than 30) there is always an awesome selection. Favorite is Noda Brewery Coco Loco, coupled with an Ogre pizza...Life Is Good

Revolution pizza is a great spot to go with a group. They often have beer specials (even on weekends). I love that they allow you to order a large pizza and choose to have 50% of the pizza be one type and 50% be another. When we eat at Revolution on a weekend night, we usually head right across the... My Mom and I came to hang out in NoDa. We stopped by and ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch small pizza. The four slices were enough with an order of 1/2 dozen Buffalo Wings to feed two people. The crust was crunchy and flavorful. My Mom said it was good from the first bite, until the last. The ranch dressing... More

I was hoping this place would be the great end to a wonderful time in Charlotte. However, I was disappointed. We were there around 1pm on a Monday. Including us, there were only three tables being used, yet the service was slow. I order a beer off the menu and they didn't have it so I ordered another which they... More

I have visited Revolution Ale House several times now since moving to Charlotte in January of this year. The atmosphere and service have always been great so I don't have a single complaint there. In my eyes, the beer pricing was a little high but it seems to be about average for the area in which they are located. I... More
