And great place to get a great drink and a healthy meal stop in at The Rum Bar and Grill. Friendly staff and the shrimp Bowl will fill you up.

This was a horrible place to eat. I was starving and would have eaten anything. It was not that busy so I sat at a table. After a few minutes a waiter came by and took my order for a glass of wine and a burger, no onions and extra pickles with mayonnaise. He asked if I wanted the rice... More

Surprisingly tasty and fast service. I believe we were in Terminal D and we were hungry. Our waiter was super friendly and very quick. The food was well above average.

Tucked in the back of Terminal D, it’s fairly quiet, well-lit, and offers decent "island" fare. My favorite was their Island Nachos. We enjoyed making this caribbean-themed hideaway our headquarters during our long layover in CLT. I would come back the next time I’m passing through.

My wife and I recently ate at the Bacardi Rum Bar & Grill while waiting for our afternoon flight to Albuquerque, New Mexico. The restaurant is decorated with all sorts of the Bacardi memorabilia and logo and was very colorful and nice and sunny thanks to a skylight in the middle of the restaurant ceiling. There was a good view... More

On the way to Oklahoma, I had a lay over at the Charlotte Airport. I went to the Rum Bar and Grill Restaurant for lunch and glad I did. It was very good and tasty food, service was ok for an airport, or maybe my server wasn't that friendly. But the food was worth it! Prices a bit high, but... More

If you happen to take a Red Eye into Charlotte airport and have a bit of time to kill, I suggest you stop here. We were on our way to the Dominican Republic. No better way to kill some time than have breakfast and drinks. The omelet was good but the drinks were better.

We've heard that airport food is getting better...If so, it missed this spot. Expensive food served cold, as in almost frigid.

Found a cool place with a Jamaican flair, quick service and friendly servers. Had breakfast enjoyed and off I go. Potatoes were too greasy bit over all it was good

For airport food, I don't think the reviews on average were fair. The food wasn't bad or awful. It was just average. People who were turned off by the sweetness factor didn't know the secret of adding a little hot sauce. When you cook with rum you should expect sweet. Rum is, after all, a product of sugar cane. I... More
