Let's begin with service ...no bueno. The staff is more concerned with socializing than serving customers. Next is the food. I had the Curried Goat. While the flavors had a very authentic Jamaican tone, the dish had a deceivingly excessive amount of bones but lacked an appetizing portion of meat compared to other Jamaican restaurants in the city. All of... More

Been here many times and each time the food and service is great. Jerk chicken that literally's falls off the bone full of flavor with great cabbage yellow rice and many more. If you looking for authentic Caribbean food this is a spot you have to go in Charlotte!

Decided to go here instead of a Thai restaurant nearby. After dining we think we should have tried the Thai place. The food was just okay which was really disappointing. My wife had curry chicken which was lacking while I had jerk chicken and curry goat which left much to be desired; no heat to the jerk and the goat... More

At the outset, Caribbean food isnt something I had tasted prior to visiting here. The place is situated in the busy N- Tryon area but has ample parking. This is a small restaurant but colorful decor attracts you right away. We are greeted with smiling staff and given a table right away. I had heard of the jerk chicken a... More

It's was okay to be greeted when we first arrived. By the looks of things, it appeared that it may be fine. But, definitely not what I was looking for. Just to name a few items that bothered me party. The tables were disgusting, the ventilation was terrible, the food was horrible, I requested Sweet Tea and stated it was... More

They ran out of stewed chicken (they're always out of items). The oxtails were extremely fatty and bland. Service was weak and our overall experience was mediocre at best. This is the last visit here! I would not recommend this restaurant.

Well let me say if you like oxtails and curry goat this is the place for you! These foods work well with beans and rice not a big place it's kinda like a hut in a way! The lemonade is fantastic next time I'll try the curry wings

I really enjoyed my curried vegetables with rice and peas and plantains. This dish was enough for two people easy. Not too spicy and not overly curried. I would eat this again and probably will! Cost me about $9 with a glass of water.
