This is my absolute favorite place on planet earth! The Hot Lava and Boston Roll is to die for! Always fresh, always delicious, and the service is great! It gets super hectic at lunch on Fridays so keep that in mind if u are in a hurry. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and GO THERE!! When I get married, I... More

My family and I were in charlotte nc for a small family get away, just for the weekend. We love Japanese and it was in a great location so we decided to head over. When we entered the restaurant we were not greeted and we're unsure if we should seat ourselves. We approached a lady and asked if we could... More

Took a customer to lunch. It took over an hour to be served, although we were seated, order taken, one in our party was served in a timely fashion our customer and I were not. I was paying attention to our customer and time got away from me. Poor service came to my attention when I started seeing tables come... More

I don't have a complaint about the food. It has always been good. They serve sushi but I am not a sushi eater. My only complaint is the price at lunch. $20 for a combo and drink seems a bit much.

I mean, it was edible. It wasn't terrible but lacked flavor. The coworker that brought me here said this was the worst it ever tasted. I mean everyone has "That" day, but cmon. I may give it a second try, but since im only in Charlotte a few times a year, not going to waste my meal here again.

My sweet daughter in law eat here almost every time we visit Charlotte. Food is always delicious and plentiful. We had their chicken teriyaki but they have so much more to offer. Sushi is also on the menu. Prices are very reasonable. Service is excellent.

I visited this restaurant yesterday and had hibachi steak chicken and shrimp with fried rice onion soup and salad. I thought the rice was so so. Everything else was very good. They provided sweet carrots which were good also. I thought it was a little bit pricey in comparison to some other restaurants that are similar. They are in a... More

This place serves Sushi, so be careful. Rice tastes worse than Uncle Ben's, vegetables like they are frozen and lightly scorched. We kept going back because it's short drive, but never again.

Food and sushi were good. Had chicken, steak and shrimp which came with broccoli, mushroom, onion, zucchini and sweet carrots. $2 extra to have rice. My husband had chicken and shrimp for $12. Another person in our group had sushi--bagel roll for $5.25 which was salmon, cream cheese and scallions (8 PC) unagi (8 PC) for $5.00. Have beer and... More

Had the sushi entree. The fish used for the nigiri appeared fresh and the rolls were good. It was just a wee bit pricey but not outrageously so.
