I have been coming to lake lure for years and this is the first time eating there, why did I wait so long? The sandwiches were really good, really enjoyed the raspberry cake so good!

We have always wanted to visit Lake Lure, NC, so we planned a trip. Our friends who live there recommended this restaurant very highly. It did not disappoint! Quick service and excellent food!!! You also have a beautiful scenery as you are facing Chimney Rock State Park.

Awsome food and friendly service. We will be back ! Bacon was crispy. The french was toast perfectly powdered with sugar. The amount of food was enough for two people onan order for one.

We wanted some fresh trout while visiting from Alabama and found it here! Lightly breaded and pan-seared and spiced perfectly! Served with a starch (we had the red skinned potatoes) your choice of soup or salad, we chose the red pepper bisque, which was excellent and a veggie....he had the brussel sprouts and I chose the coleslaw. Everything was perfect!... More

Long waits, not enough staff. Food was just ok. Disappointed in breakfast. 34 oz steak for 2 does not tell that includes a huge bone, not a lot of steak.

Back again for nice lunch. We always head over there when we visit Black MTN. The food has always been excellent and plentiful along with the attentive service from everyone! Our waitress, Chondra (sp???) was great!

Fancy bistro dishes, very healthy and tasty. I eat lunch here with my bff every year when she visits from Il. Great desserts. Great view of Chimney Rock park.

This was our first visit to Medina's but it won't be our last. We stayed only one night in Chimney Rock but ended up eating here twice -- once for dinner and the following morning for breakfast. Dinner was great (BBQ/slaw) but the breakfast was A-MAZING, as was the staff. We had French toast with bacon and a side of... More
