John, the owner, is part of the attraction here. He is friendly and cares about his customers. His children often helps out at the restaurant. This is a great family owned and run restaurant. This is the only place we go to for Vietnamese, because it is right here in town and it is as authentic as they come. We're... More

Are there better places for pho? Yes. Are they anywhere near the area? No. The crispy quail is AWESOME. The pho Thai is the best that I've found in the area. It's good, and the hoisin and siracha add depth of flavor to make it really good. I will keep coming back.

I'm the type of guy that loves to try different types of food from different cultures and ethnicities. Fortunately, I have a buddy that hasn't had the same opportunities but doesn't shy away from trying new things. He's never had Vietnamese before. I wanted to get him properly introduced and still visit a place that I haven't frequented yet. Pho... More

Have eaten here twice now. First time so so this time same. Will be taking a bit longer drive next craving pho to another place. Friendly wait staff. Fresh rolls not the best I have had. Not sure if other dishes are better.

I have been driving by this place for years and finally went for lunch with friends and loved it. The quail appetizer was very good and the rare beef soup was even better. The place is small and is family owned you might have to wait for a table.

This little restaurant is a go-to for us. We've never had a bad meal. For appetizers, the quail is a no-brainer. The charbroiled pork with vermicelli is never disappointing, and the coconut water drink is really a treat. Can't go wrong with this restaurant.

Just tried Phonam for the first time, as a neighbor had suggested we try it. I had Bun Ga Nuong Xa ($8.95) and my husband had Pho Ga ($7.95). Both were very tasty and fresh. Loved the hot jasmine tea.
