This place has so many flavors you will never get bored. I love the orange creamsicle and the wedding cake with condensed milk. Buy a bag of pelican Bucks and get the value of one free.

I have heard rave reviews of this place, and a friend and I decided to give it try. We wish we had not. We wish we had just gone somewhere else instead. Now, I have to admit, we both got sugar-free snow cones. But we both hated them. The flavor was fake-tasting and icky sweet. At least the colors can... More

Shaved ice is a real treat! If you have never had it, it's really worth a try. The ice is finer than a snow cone, so it really sops up the flavors. Pelican's has AMAZING flavors with an infinite amount of combination. This is the real draw. Consider checking the list online if you have never been, so you don't... More

Shaved ice is always a tasty treat! Pelican's offers a ton of flavors to choose from, and is reasonably priced. I like to get mine stuffed with the snow cream. I highly recommend checking this place out.

My husband and I were craving a slushie... being new to the area, I Googled and found this place which is absolutely incredible. They have like over 100 flavors. I got cotton candy which was spot on, and my husband had cherry cola which was also delicious. I will definitely return.

Pelican's is one of my absolute favorite places in Durham for a sweet, cold, summer snack! I've tried at least 30 of their many flavors, but always go back to the delicious Coconut, Passionfruit, Kiwi, and Birthday Cake Batter :) The prices are great and don't break the budget! I recommend getting the Pelican's coins (25 for $20), because you... More

This place is amazing! The Snoballs are delicious and you can't beat the great atmosphere! Don't even get me started on how soft the snow is and how amazingly accurate and mouth watering the flavors are!!!

They were pretty good! Condensed milk was excellent, maybe even better than New Orleans! I wish they put more juice in the snoballs that's one of the best parts!! Great prices, great flavor!!

We stopped by to get our grand daughters a cold treat. The snowballs looked so tasty that my wife and I got one as well. They were very good. They add syrup to the bottom half of the snow then top it off with more snow and add syrup to it. So you have flavor all the way through. A... More
