Good place to eat with vegan and GF options. Staff was very friendly. Ordered a vegan dawg which was excellent! Server was Bianca who was very good.

I'm the kind of coffee/latte/espresso addict that qualifies for a 12 step program. HAVE to have it. When out of town on business, I make due with hotel coffee (ug!) or Starbucks (passable). While in Durham for a conference, I stumbled bleary-eyed into Ninth Street...More
Stopped in for quick breakfast and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and lovely server Priscilla. Highly recommend the beignets. My biscuit was too dry, but the tea was excellent and in a large much appreciated mug. Would return and would especially like to visit in evening...More

beyu cafe stands for BE YOU! And a wonderful place to be. Delicious coffee and better yet, lots of live jazz. Sometimes you need to reserve in advance. I would go mainly for those two items, never tried the food.
