Our home is so close to this Panera and my hubby & I love going there. We love their soups, their salads, their sandwiches, their pastries!

I travel a lot, go to Panera a lot also. Something about this one is different...he employees are always so nice. There's a girl that makes the food in the mornings and I always leave in a better mood after talking with her. Nothing out of the ordinary, just the type of people that have a good energy.

I had the worst customer service experience I have ever had to date here. I had been coming to this Panera(68 and penny) for more than three years, sometimes twice a week. I ordered the same thing almost everytime, since I would come in the morning, an iced coffee with three pumps of caramel. I walked in one day after... More

Used their new phone app to pick up which stated you would receive a free pick two next visit for using. Picked up my order and on the way back to work something caught in my teeth, A hair! I looked and found another one. By that time I could not go back or be late to work. Wrote the... More

A friend and I popped in for a quick breakfast. We found the food healthy and very good, but very expensive. I will return but maybe just for a plain cup of coffee with free refills.

One good thing about Panera Bread restaurants is that there is never many surprises. If you have eaten in one, thy are all about the same. Food is mediocre and the cleanliness is so-so. Also found it a bit more pricey than other Panera's

My Review on Panera Bread Soups now sold in grocery stores. Don't buy it unless you plan to eat it immediately! I initially bought 4 containers and ate one the first night. It was great. I decided to put the other 3 in the cabinet and save for colder weather. My mistake. The containers expanded and then started leaking in... More

We went for dinner and the restaurant needed cleaning. The tables as well as the floor was not clean. I had to get paper towels to wipe the table off. There was one person taking orders and eight people waiting in line. The management needs to be more on top of the cleanliness of the restaurant. My family will not... More
