Sanibel's is an absolute MUST if you are in the High Point area and have a hankering for some seafood. Very generous portions and wonderful wait staff. I LOVE their Onion Rings!!! The Best

Great variety of seafood (as well as landlubber food aka steak, chicken) broiled or fried. Plus, you can order various size plates based on your appetite. Enough in a regular plate serving to require that you bring a cooler for all the leftovers! My favorite...More

Heavy on the fried seafood options, but wow, the food is tasty! Lots of food piled on your plate, friendly servers and hometown atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable. We got the fried popcorn shrimp and flounder. Hushpuppies are very good and not greasy. Looking forward...More

Went back as I always do when I’m in the piedmont. Can’t find a better fish place this far inland. Flounder and popcorn shrimp are excellent and huge portions. Large platter is more than most people can eat. Cole slaw is great as well.

Got stuffed flounder..was surprised that it was a good dish. It wasn't like we were right on the coast or in Charleston! Staff was attentive and checked on us often! Would go again if I found myself back in High Point

I gave Sanibels a 4 rating because when its awesome its really awesome. There are some days the fish can be a little too fishy and sometimes mushy. However I get more good fish than bad. The baked potatos are always fresh and big and...More

Was just average fresh frozen. Nothing to run and try. Plenty of food, fried fried fried. No special seasoning, just typical Friday fried fish.
