My wife and I ate here 3 times for lunch over the Veteran's Day weekend. The service is professional, friendly and attentive. The food is very good and the wines are its equal. On our next visit to Highlands, we will have dinner for sure.

We loved our lunch experience at Madison's. What a beautiful place, cozy and inviting. The food was great. My husband said his Fish & Chips were the best he's had outside of London. The service and staff were courteous, friendly and attentive. The complimentary rolls and cornbread were delicious although FYI instead of leaving a basket of rolls, they serve... More

The food is excellent. The service is very good and consistent. The dining room is the prettiest in the area. First class in all respects.

You don't go to Madison's for dinner. You go to Madison's for a dining experience. The mood is set as soon as walk into the reception area. The service was excellent. My wife had the duck, which was well presented and perfect. I chose the "German Dinner Special", which deserves an explanation. You would expect a tender veal cutlet, German... More

We had dinner for our anniversary and the food was delicious but our service was awful. Our water glasses were never refilled, bread was never offered, nightly dessert special was never mentioned. Our food was very good but poor service is unexcusable in an upscale resturant. We told management at the end of the evening and they were very apologetic... More

We have eaten lunch a couple of times over the past several years at Madison's but have never had dinner. We decided to go with another couple and try dinner. I was expecting a mediocre meal with a premium charge! Not only were we pleased, we were amazed at how good the food was! First, the restaurant is understated, "mountain"... More

My mom and I had a nice breakfast at Madison's. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff is professional. My mom absolutely loved her breakfast. I thought mine was okay. I'd definitely come back, if not for the food, then for the beautiful interior and atmosphere.

Pros: food exceptonal top to bottom and world class preparation, our table of 4 had all of the following and all were exceptional (trout, venison, striped bass, pear and ham salad, crab cake, toffee pudding, cobbler), nice touches homemade crackers and pimento cheese, incredible homemade bread selections, server Penni Joe is great, comfortable old world seating, amazing wines, the #... We had lunch here last week, eating outside in the Wine Garden. A short wait for a table and fortunately close to one of the heaters as it was a little chilly in the shade. We sat next to a little waterfall/stream which was lovely. There is indoor seating available also but the wait was considerably longer there. My husband... More

Madison's serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a beautiful setting....classic decor, nice bright windows, beautiful woodwork and very nicely appointed. We were there for lunch, and then breakfast the next day. Many people had a reservation for lunch, but we did not. We were seated in a nice area with a solid granite wall on one side, and pretty windows... More
