The bartender is awesome. Friendly, talkative, truely nice lady. Food was tasty, atmosphere is good, not stuffy or too homey.

I don't normally frequent chain restaurants such as this, but was travelling and staying at nearby hotel. It was close and convenient to where we were staying. However, I soon realized why I usually eat at local establishments. Ordered online and arrive a couple of minutes after the confirmation said food would be available. Went with outside pick up option.... More

Today was great..the waiter was on point every step, even when he brought out the salad with the overcooked steak he said they are cooking you a new steak as we speak and apologized for the error.

This was the first dining experience I had in Kinston while enjoying the company of my new church family! It was very delicious and quite satisfying! I even got to play LIL mini games at the table while waiting to be served, so I would bring my kids here as well!

Had shrimp and chicken off the wood Fire grill menu. Moist and tasty. Wished that everything came out at once, though.. Nice crispy potatoes came out when chicken was gone. Personal peeve: sticky bar top, easily solved with cleaning. Plate actually got stuck on bar when bartender tried to remove it. Proof is in the cranberry stains on the bar-... More

We had a large group which I know can be overwhelming but our waitress didn't smile, didn't tell us her name and messed the orders all up. You could tell that she wasn't interested in serving us or maybe she was having a bad day but it was not a pleasant experience. It was another large group right across from... More

Stopped here for a light dinner while in town on business. Was seated quickly in an empty restaurant. The empty restaurant at dinner time should have been the first clue. Waitress seemed nice while taking the order. Then, she was over us. My husband ate his entire dinner without a Pepsi refill. We watched the waitress sing happy birthday, chat... More

Made the experience that both food and service were always very good. The menu card changes from time to time and brings new (positive!) surprises, but the beer is always cold :-)

We arrived and seated promptly--then it was downhill from then on. Waitress was slow in taking our order and drink order was slow in arriving. My wife, myself and 2 grandchildren were in attendance. Another waitress stopped by and wanted to know if we had been served and where was our food. I told her we didn't know and had... More

Service was great....came in after morning graduation with a party of 6.....appetizers great but by the time our lunch came out 2 of our orders were wrong...we all ordered off the 2 for $20 or 2 for $25. Side items came out wrong and my potatoes were not done when they brought them out the 2nd time. The waitress offered... More
