I love the food at Jack Mackerels, but service is lacking compared to our visit a year ago. Although we were seated quickly, it took a looong time to be served.

Went for Saturday night dinner and drinks and decided to sit at the bar. It was quiet when we arrived and the female bartender was less than friendly. She made it clear she didn't care for vacationers (my guess is they earn her the paycheck...More

Sorry about the hushpuppies, we are very limited on space in our kitchen and the hushpuppies would be too much for our fryers. I would like to also apologize about you fried food being over cooked. Did you ask to speak with a manager or...More
