My wife and I were in Mooresville recently on a Sunday afternoon, and stopped by Brooklyn Boys Pizzeria for lunch. Going away from the expected pizza, we had the Sausage Stromboli - and it was very good. The meat and cheese stuffing was very fresh and tasty. We also had a tomato and mozzarella salad, which again was very fresh.... More

Great Pizza! Limited service environment so you order at the counter. Quick for lunch. Order by the slice at lunch. Can't go wrong.

Having lived up "Noth" I know real NY pizza and this is the closest in the area, right there with Tony's and Du Amici in Charlotte. A Large Cheese Pizza is about $13 bucks and this is all I can speak to bc this is all I get. This is all you need. Call in and 15 mins later pick... More

Pizza is very good. We frequently visit this restaurant and chose their pizza over anyone else in the Lake Norman area

My husband and I decided to try a different pizza spot from our usual and we are so happy we did! We just wish we had tried Brooklyn Boys sooner. He had the stuffed meat pizza and I had the Sicilian. We also had garlic knots. All were delicious. It was really nice to get pizza by the slice. Service... More

Took the kids here on a tip from someone who used to frequent it. Apparently the place has taken a nosedive recently. Service from mostly teenagers was horrible. Food never came and when questioned, they acted like we had no business questioning why it was taking so long. Pizza was extremely greasy. Save yourself from making the same mistake we... More

I have been a regular customer since Brooklyn Boys opened in Morrison Plantation. Whether you want a slice (or two), some pasta (some are gluten-free), or a specialty pie, this is a great option. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite slice is the Brooklyn Bridge.

The Stromboli was not baked but folded with cold ingredients (sliced tomatoes, etc) The pizza was shy on toppings and not fully baked. Tables were dirty and not serviced. Salad was limp, browned on the edges and not fresh. I dont know why this has gone down hill. It used to be a great place for NY Style pizza. But... More

Consistently good pizzas. The stromboli and calzones are amazing. Also highly recommend the chicken parmigiana, which is delicious. This is always a family favorite, our kids love it here!

As a native New Yorker who worked in one of the greatest coal fired oven pizzerias in New York, who has traveled to Naples to sample their pizza and who makes his own pizza in his wood fired oven. I have to rate their pizza as mediocre at best. The dough had an unusual flavor and unfortunately the two pie... More
