A friend and I stopped at Gravy for an early dinner on a Saturday evening while in town for a conference. What a find! The service was attentive, yet not overly so and the food was delicious. We ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer which...More

The risotto balls were different and ok. I had the chicken parmigiana and my wife had the lasagna. Both were ok but overall I felt like the meal in general was bland.

I've been to Gravy several times. It's a small restaurant on Wilmington St. The food is always very good and the service is always fun and attentive. I highly recommend the lasagne, but I've never had anything bad there.

Went to Gravy this past Thursday night. 6pm reservations and there were only 2 other tables seated at the restaurant. Had heard good things, but the lack of people eating made me skeptical. No reason to be skeptical. Kelly was our server and he was...More

Gravy is the Italian term for Marinara sauce. The place was packed and we did not have a reservation. We were allowed to sit at the bar, in a corner with my eating area more than half obstructed with "stuff". I had the all time...More

It turned out I was right to be suspicious when I learned that they seriously think there could indeed BE any cuisine for what they describe their cooking as being : " Italian American ". American is surely is .. oh what a shame ....More

Nice room for a large crowd. Delicious meatballs for appetizer...best thing I had there. Italian buffet was very average. Caesar salad was good but nothing special with the pasta dishes. They could have come from can.

Seriously. I have tried them all. Gravy is the best. Unlike "Cafe Luna", the dishes at Gravy have flavor and the managers are so kind at Gravy. They also have a tasteful decor and more space in their dining area than most restaurants downtown. Catch...More

I went to gravy for a Mother's Day brunch and was a little disappointed with their brunch selection. They only had 4 or 5 items on the list. The food was really good just very limited on selection. My brother ended up ordering lunch instead.

Ask any Italian-American what ‘gravy’ is, and they'll tell you it's the pasta sauce that their mothers and grandmothers cooked fresh every night. At Gravy Restaurant we take the same care, preparing our signature sauce every day using select tomatoes and locally grown herbs. The heart and soul poured into the preparation of traditional Italian-American dishes pairs with inspired modern twists and a focus on seasonal ingredients to define Gravy’s unique approach to this classic cuisine.
