Great and popular place, just don't order a 'tall latte' as you may be 'educated' that it is called that at Starbucks but here it is called large.

We have spent the past 3 Friday nights enjoying delicious food at Sola Coffee Cafe, then staying for the live music. Not only was the food incredible -- we highly recommend the flatbread pizzas and the Kombucha on tap -- but the live music was very good, and the atmosphere relaxed and fun. We highly recommend Sola and will definitely... More
Sola continues to offer an interesting variety of locally-sourced food and freshly-brewed drinks. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love to meet friends at Sola who have never been before... not too many folks left in that category! Sola is usually packed, but there are lots of spots inside and out to tuck in and have great conversation.... More
I have been to Solas several times for coffee, but this was my first time there using their private meeting room that is available for groups. My book club met in the evening and had sandwiches and drinks. Silas also offers wine and beer; not sure about liquor.
Many coffee houses do fabulous coffee but offer lousy food-- sometimes vice versa. At Sola, you'll enjoy well-brewed coffees and lattes and tasty lunches with fresh ingredients. Sola has become a much needed community meeting place and is often filled with people. As a business it has endured where others have failed. So it's doing something right. What America is missing is a sense a neighborhood and community. The local couple who dedicate their lives to this coffee house have created just that -- a meeting place with love, warmth, good products and affordable prices. Hats off to this former ministry couple turned entrepreneurs, John and Jeanne, who now provide a neighborhood place for Americans who appreciate... More
Sola is a wonderful place to eat, meet friends, and work. My family has gone to Sola since it opened in Raleigh. The donuts are always wonderful (one time we had a wrong order which were still yummy-- they replaced it with a larger batch of donuts) and the food is quality. Occasionally its hard to find seating-- but its... More
Love having a cold tea and cookie! Sitting outside and drinking up the sun shine. Love this place so much. Guaranteed to always see friends at Sola.
We were looking for the right place for a surprise party and we found it! The hospitality, coffee, smoothies, tea and food were the best and the 30 guests had a fantastic time! Thank you Sola!
