I know eating Texas BBQ in North Carolina is probably taboo, but sometimes this Texas transplant needs beef brisket not pork! And it was great: smokey, tender, flavorful ! Sauce on the side served warm-a nice touch. Sides: fried okra was very good, mac and cheese on the salty side. Skip the pecan pie-not at all like homemade! Great staff... More

Why bother? This is one of the great BBQ areas, and this place uses an indoor electric smoker. The food is fine, but not outstanding.

Today was our first time eating here. The customer service was average but the food was delicious. I had the rib plate came with hush puppies plus two additional sides. The ribs were good and tender and the potato salad was tasty. I was satisfied with my portions and would be going back soon. My husband had the pull pork... More

The BBQ here is delicious and the beef brisket was good as well. Along with having delicious eats, they get an extra plus for having their sauces heated to go on your BBQ. What a nice surprise as well as a rare touch. It is only BBQ placed that I have visited that does that. Thanks so much. The place... More

First time visitors to Raleigh, we were hesitant of a chain place for Q. We had intended to go to the Pit downtown Raleigh, but a bike race prevented us from getting there, and we ended up on the north side of town. We had some shopping to do, so when we were done with that, we felt close was... More

First time here. Polite, friendly service. Large portions and food was prepared perfectly. Our sides were the correct temperature and again, large portions. We had the 2 meat and the 3 meat combination plates. Very pleased with our meal.

Excellent deals and great BBQ. Staff is top notch and always smiling any day of the week. Something for just about anyone (except maybe those vegans and veggie killers).

Being a fan of Texas bbq, I know iminthe wrong part of the country to expect Texas bbq, so even having it on the menu is a plus. The sides here aren't great. The fried okra is ok but a little too greasy. Mashed potatoes have the texture of those that come outplayed box. Sweet tea is good. The free... More

Great food. The ambience isn't much, but the food is so good, who cares? The brisket was melt-in-the-mouth tender with good flavor. All of us thought the hush puppies were super! In fact our party of four didn't have a single negative comment.

The food was fresh, warm, and tasted great! Service was good and speedy but I did go in an off hour.
