She saw that one of her favorite Raleigh restaurants was having their “Tasting Menus” on her birthday. I could pick the date and time and who to include, but it was very clear she wanted to go. Bloomsbury Bistro’s Tasting Menu is a special deal...More

Place wasn't busy. The AC was out in one section of restaurant but that wasn't a problem. Good service. Great warm bread. 3 of us had the chicken. 2 of us really liked it. The rice and vegetables were a little soggy for both of...More

I've been eating here for 20 years and I've never been disappointed. If you like French cuisine with a Southern twist, this is the place for you. My most recent visit had me eating Crab Rangoons with cole slaw for an appetizer, a very moist...More

We met friends from the area for dinner. They know we like French cooking and selected Bloomsbury. The food was wonderful and the service very accomplished. The atmosphere is quiet and was perfect for conversation over dinner. All in all, a wonderful experience.

We have come here for years to celebrate events and just for a good quality meal. The service is very attentive. Pleasant quiet atmosphere especially in the large room - away from the bar.

It's been years since we last visited, but we dined there this past weekend, and no wonder Bloomsbury is alive and well. A fine dining environment without being stuffy. Service was excellent. Even though there were large parties there (nicely isolated in their own private...More

Last year they had a great deal and you got a $100.00 gift card for $80.00. I am waiting to see if they do this again so I can do all my shopping there!
