We sat outside on the most beautiful day so that helps the score to average and not poor. While the food was good, they're in the middle of changing their menu this week and since we went last Sunday they were out of the first thing I tried to order which would no longer be on their menu. The server... More

Yeah...you read that right, we went on what I'm guessing is their busiest night of the year and took our two kids with us. Why not? We took them to Ireland during St. Patrick's week when they were toddlers. Lol Anywho, we obviously couldn't call ahead for seating so we knew the wait was going to be long.... they quoted... More

I visited the Hibernian because I looked up restaurants before I went. I had the best grilled Salmon dinner that I have ever had, even at so-called seafood restaurants. The Salmon was perfectly cooked, moist, and delicious and topped with just enough dill sauce. I have to give a shout out to my special wait person, Tara, who recommended the... More

Visited on a very busy day for the pub - day after St Patrick's day. Food was good but service poor. Twice our group was accused of seating ourselves and not being seated by a hostess. Finally, once the manager realized it was the table next to us, we received a half-apology but no offer to compensate any part of... More

We were greeted promptly. Stopped in for a bite before a concert so we choose to sit at the bar. Our drinks were delivered quickly and our food followed shortly there after. We even had an authentic Irish bartender. The food was great and the cascade in my Guinness was perfect!

We visited this very charming Irish Pub with two grandchildren. They have an excellent menu, and service as well. We sat in the garden area on a lovely May afternoon. I would recommend this Pub whether Irish or not.

After reading the TripAdvisor reviews we went to this pub with great expectations. We ordered appetizers and of course Guinness. When it came to ordering dinner I wanted either corned beef and cabbage or a Ruben. She said we couldn't have either because they were out of corned beef. What??? It was only 5PM. Appetizers were just okay. We left... More

Hibernia used to be my go to place. Never again. I have given them so many chances in the last six months but they do nothing to improve. The food is good, don't get me wrong. The service is awful and in the last six months it has just fallen off the cliff. No management to be found...30 minute wait... More

We wanted to enjoy the fantastic day, so we opted for the rooftop patio at the Hibernian. Used to love the place in Cary, so we were already fans of the restaurant. We realize that the staff has to climb stairs up and down to bring food to the top floor...but a 1 hour wait for lunch sandwiches? They have... More

We have been to this restaurant 3 times now since we discovered it late last year. Every time, we order the fish and chips and the quality is the same each time...outstanding! Highly recommend this place!

The Hibernian…an authentic taste of Irish culture. The Hibernian Irish Pub & Restaurants savor the old world and the new taste of Ireland. Hibernian is a word that is derived from the Latin term Hibernia which translates to 'one who comes from Ireland’, and that is exactly what you can expect from this pub. Carrying on with Irish tradition, we offer an atmosphere that infuses the alluring and relaxing nature of a traditional Irish social club and the warmth of a Gaelic home kitchen. The Hibernian Restaurant and Pubs offer a unique atmosphere that caters to people from all walks of life, from the family of four to the sports fan that is looking for a place to have a drink and watch the game, and even the professional who comes in to have a quick lunch in the middle of the day. Whether you’re stopping in for happy hour or to relax and enjoy the home cooked taste of Ireland, the pubs are a meeting place to talk, to debate, to sing, to laugh, to drink and to eat delicious food.
