We were in Crabtree Mall and was leaving through the front main entrance and decided to go in. We had strawberry margaritas, orange chicken and low mein. The meal was outstanding and service was excellent!

Good sized portions, food tends to be very salted, not your typical Chinese receives, most all dishes seem to have melenial variations and some absolutely unnecessary ingredients

Ensure you make a reservation. The wait is always long for dinner. The food was wonderful as always. The service however was lacking on this visit. Had to ask for and wait for drink refills, apps took a long time to come out, and entrees even longer. This was an isolated incident but must be mentioned. I will return for... More

And I always get the Chicken Lettuce Wraps. Took a friend to lunch for her birthday and we had great service and the dish was very good!

If you're in the mood for the best chinese restaurant experience of your life, drive to Crabtree Valley Mall and find PF Chang's on the top floor. The decor is ritzy Asian. The large bar can accomodate a large number of people and the restaurant is always packed with diners. You'd better call ahead unless you want to wait an... More

The service is always excellent. The menu has a good variety and portions are always generous. I especially enjoy the lettuce wraps and just about anything on the menu.

We dined here with a party of 60 others celebrating a business event. I though it would be an almost impossible thing to service 60 people at one setting (appetizers, main course and dessert) but the PF Chang waiters and waitresses did it! The only negative thing I can say is that they did run out of some liquors and... More

In the past the menu had a nice variety with some authentic touches however it seems the menu has been changed to suit a bland palate for those who like chicken and rice without spice.

I absolutely LOVE this place and go when I'm visiting Raleigh. This past Friday, September 24, 2016, my daughter and I had the pleasure of being served by Ms. Emily Rose. She was super sweet, polite and quick. No complaints here!!!
