Pam's Farmhouse has become my gangs go to place for our pregame meal before NC State football games. It is located on Western Boulevard close to Cater Finley stadium so it is a perfect place for everyone to meet up before heading over to the stadium. They have a good selection for breakfast items to satisfy everyone's tastes from those... More

Breakfast here is delicious. I'm so glad that I found this place and gave it a try. If you're ever in the Raleigh area, try it! I recommend the pancakes and also the biscuits!

Get there early or a little after the lunch hour or wait in line. It's worth the wait and have cash. Luckily ATMs are on site. Service is quick and friendly. Lunch specials are great and very reasonable. The veggie side selections are numerous. I'll be back to try the sides I didn't have on this visit.

Breakfast is a HIT, but yesterday we stopped by for a country lunch in West Raleigh. Collards and country steak smothered in country gravy. Don't tell my cardiologist, but it sure was a treat. Well seasoned food in a comfortable setting with "REAL" country service. Not Fancy, but you will enjoy the food and the prices. They do not accept... More

That's all it takes to cover your plate. Wonderful patty sausage and the grits are perfect every time. The friendliest waitresses anywhere. Note: cash, no cards. Highly recommended.

Pam's is a great place for down-home comfort foods. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Portions are generous and meals were served with biscuits & sweet hush puppies. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the portions served. We will be back!

This place seems pretty popular with my native NC friends "like my momma used to make" But from the north, this place held no place in my heart. Food was ok, but nothing special. I got bbq chicken which was fine, sliced cucumbers and cooked cabbage. Those were a couple of the not too many healthy choices on the menu.... More
