A Raleigh staple Poole's didn't disappoint. Food, cocktails and service were all outstanding. Rotating menu based on whats available fresh locally and they created a vegetarian meal for my friend.

Every time we visit Raleigh, Poole's is a must. This time we went for Sunday brunch. Amazing! The drinks are great! The food is fabulous! My husband had the Hangover which was delicious. I had the smoked salmon, avocado toast with beet citrus salad. Wow!...More

My husband and I dropped in for Sunday brunch. The place was hoppin! And with good reason. The menu has familiar items, but done in the Poole's way. I had the biscuits and gravy and my husband enjoyed the huevos rancheros. The biscuits were light...More

If you visit Poole's you're an idiot if you don't order the Mac and Cheese. It's a huge portion and the best mac and cheese I've ever had the privilege of putting into my mouth - and I've been to hundreds of church picnics. Can't...More

Fantastic take on old southern classics. The pate, pimento cheese, tomato pie were all extraordinary. Very small and they do not take reservations so go early

No wait at 530. After that depends on evening. We have always gone early because we have heard it could be an hour wait

Casual They want you to enjoy the food. It's not about the place or the special decor. It's the food that's the feature.
