Would say this is 3 1/2 stars, better than average but not very good, it 's a nice small cafe friendly service & plenty choice. Not really a place you would sit for an extended meal but fine to grab a meal & get on with the day.

Had our first visit for breakfast today. Friendly staff and service. Coffee was lovely and hot chocolate delicious. Hubby had egg and bacon roll and said it was one of the best he had had. Toast and eggs for me. The only disappointment was what I assumed was store bought white bread. Being from a bakery I would have much... More

Ordered pies and coffee to eat in. One of the pies turned out to be "not as ordered". The food was ok however it was nothing to write home about. Would have liked to have seen more german style food on offer.

Had the Brekky Wrap which was good (bit gristly though). Then sat there waiting, and waiting for my coffee. Saw more people come in and order and had their coffee within a few minutes so figured they'd lost the order. Once I brought it up they got one out to me and were apologetic although by that time I'd finished... More

Fairly average german wurst house. Nothing you cant make at home. Nothing to woo or ahhh about fairly simple.

Had breakfast there with my husband this morning. Nice welcome by the owner and the staff are very friendly and happy. Was impressed by smiles on faces and acknowledgment of customers being in shop when they were busy making coffees . Food was served quickly, I had the eggs Benedict and the Hollandaise sauce was the best I have tasted... More

We chose a meat pie for him and a hoisin beef wrap for me.The pie was good and the wrap was surprisingly delicious.Would definitely go there again. It's only a small sit down area, but I guess you could always takeaway if it was busy.

I would walk here for my lunch when I was working in the Barossa. The range of Sausage, salads, pies, pastries is wonderful, and sometimes hard to choose.

Never mind the name gives a German cafe impression because more importantly it serves good food, especially the wurst. The cafe has not many tables inside, but the range of food is quite good which is a fusion of German and Australian. The service is fast and friendly; the portions are large and reasonably priced.

After a disappointing effort across the road we came over the Die Wurst Haus expecting another expensive venture. We were surprised with a great price on a big breakfast, the bacons were excellent and the eggs were great! Quick service, well cooked and hearty. Basic bakery atmosphere but that was what we expected. So refreshing to get a great big... More
