Ararat is about an hours drive from Ballarat and a nice town to stop, stretch the legs and look around. While you're doing so, pop into this place and grab some hot chips, a drink and a chat. Warm and friendly.

Tried this lovely little bakery during a trip through. Focaccia breaky roll was pretty impressive and service was speedy. Plenty of seating . Lovely little spot. Coffee was a bit milky for a cappuccino, but overall would come back.

We've been here a number of times on journeys interstate or going to the Grampian. Perfectly fine meals (pies, vanilla slices and coffees) all at a reasonable price. Right in the heart of town. Interesting artworks on the walls from local artists for sale inside.
