My husband and I came here for dinner. I love the premise of choosing the ingredients in a bowl and watching them cook it. You can mix and match all you want! It was really good but you have to watch your sauce choice; the sweet and sour sauce was not good. Otherwise I definitely recommend it. It was a... More

The food and atmosphere at THE BOWL are both unique. It can be overwhelming at first to have all the control of the food, but since it is all you can eat for sit-down customers, you always get a second chance to make the perfect bowl. The chefs are extremely kind and helpful as well, and always give first-timers great... More

One of our faves for lunch! Grab a bowl, fill it up with your pick of many good veggies and meats then the chef grills it for you, you pick a sauce rice or noodles, more sauce if you want, and there it is! Great fun also!

I had no idea what I was getting in to, but I was pleasantly surprised! This is a totally new concept for me and it definitely worked. The all you can eat atmosphere didn't feel buffet-y at all. The food was delicious and I loved that they give you combination suggestions. Small place though so don't try to bring a... More

It's the best Mongolian grill in Wilmington. Great service, prices & atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We went to Flaming Amy's Bowl on a whim; hungry, not sure what we wanted, but knew we wanted something yummy and on the healthy side. What a great find! We both enjoyed our dinners immensely and the service is stellar. Also, you can not beat the value at Flaming Amy's. If you dine in, it is all you can... More

Flaming Amy's is not flashy or fancy. It's tucked away behind a strip center in Wilmington. Very friendly staff and excellent food. Take a bowl, recommend 2, pick your ingredients and sauces and they cook it for you while you watch. Great selection of meats and veggies to choose from.

Went on a Sunday afternoon. Good food, very chill atmosphere. Great prices because the portions are huge.

I don't see the appeal of this place. Burnt and tasteless food. Go to the Mongolian grill- way better. The only thing that is close to being this bad is flaming Amy's burritos. Islands is by far the superior burrito place.
