Martino's rearranged their shop and they now have tables if you choose to eat there. It is still our favorite place for sandwiches. They also have frozen ravioli's and macaroni in just about every imaginable flavor to take home for your freezer. Our favorite item ( after the Martino's special sandwich) is their hot sopressata- and that includes sopressata from... More

I LOVE their lasagna. It's really really yummy. I don't pass by here often and have driven out of my way to get it. The owner is nice but not warm fuzzy at all. But who cares. Food is delicious.

This is close to Wrightsville Beach. I visit everytime I am in town. I love the chicken and tuna salad, the chicken marsala, lasagne, fresh bread, and homemade fennel sausages. If you have not tried the food here you are missing out. The owner and his wife are wonderful people.

Martino is a pure joy! He is from the same hometown my father-in-law is from, and remembers my family every time we go to the deli, greeting me with "Ciao Maria! Come va?!" His fresh sauces and cheese are simply amazing. He will make mozzarella cheese from scratch and have some held aside just for you if you call ahead.... More

Fine freshly made sandwiches and lots of appealing take out food. They were out of tuna salad, but the chicken salad was just right. And the prosciutto was terrific.

Service is great, the stuffed artichokes are perfection. But my favorite menu item is the sliced mortadella.

Authentic italian deli. Love the fresh mozzarella cheese, roasted red peppers, sandwiches. Also stop by to pick up wine, olive oil and other Italian necessities. Not pretentious, but delicious. Fresh and good every time.

If your in the mood for Italian at the beach this is a must stop. They have home made meals that you can pick up and re-heat at home. Making it a great choice for families that don't want to fight a crowd waiting for a table. Just pick up and throw in the oven when you come in from... More

I was impressed with the large inventory of Italian goods that they have here. I ate the Martino's special sandwich with prosciutto, sopressata, mortadella, fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers, oil and vinegar. The sandwich was great. We shared a lemon cake slice that was delicious.

Service and friendliness are tops. We ordered lasagna and chicken parm to go. Disappointed that the portion sizes seemed small, relative to price. Both dishes were excessively salty, especially the lasagna. Great to try once but not sure we'd go back.
