I have been a long time (6+yr) customer at Camino Bakery, coming by every morning when in town visiting family. However, after the awful customer service, from the owner no less, on this past trip I will not return. There is simply no reason to snark at your customers. I also received poor service from the barista, who after making... More

Every baked good I've had here was excellent . . . Always Fresh, usually decadent. It's a little loud with all the activity but you can get a table by the window and have a conversation While watching the downtown sidewalks.

When I worked at Hospice, Camino Bakery would come out with the fresh produce once a week. Everything I purchased from them was delicious. I recommend trying anything - you won't be disappointed.

Almond Croissant was done to perfection, rt amount of sugar, crispy on the outside....just incredibly satisfying for a brisk morning. Coffee selecttion is crazy good too. Wish we'd had another nite to go there for the wine bar. Make it your first stop every morning!

We decided to go out for dessert. My husband thought this place had pastries and I love pastries. When we went in there was one slice of cheesecake and one cheesecake brownie in the case. Above it were cookies wrapped in plastic. I really do not like cheesecake and the cookies did not look like anything special so we left... More

My son and I went for coffee and wound up trying a couple of the delicious bakery items - cinnamon roll and muffin. The drip coffee was some of the best I have ever had and the barista did an outstanding job with the latte. Great atmosphere as well with room to sit, enjoy and chill.

Stopped in for coffee and breakfast pastries and loved it. Carmel mocha latte to perfection with cinnamon toast that was delightful. Almond croissant was flaky and buttery. Nice spot.

We visit Winston-Salem often to visit my son in college and every time we go my wife has to visit Camino Bakery for her morning java and pecan croissant. It's set in a historic brick building, has a nice sitting area where the locals go to read the paper and have lively conversation. The staff are super friendly and are... More

The bread, rolls, sandwiches, are all wonderful, but the tomato pie is to die for! I love the atmosphere. It always feels like you're hanging out with a bunch of friends (and often this is what it is!). It's crowded and noisy, but using locally grown organic ingredients ensure that the food is consistently wonderful.

Sit indoors or outdoors. Delicious bakery and coffee. Wine and beer at night. Cute, hipster place. Must go if visiting downtown Winston Salem.

Thank Barbara B
