This is a gem of a restaurant in Penang. The cuisine was just out of this world .. I had the "Duck in 2 ways" which was heavenly.. and the Bouillabaisse which was amazingly flavourful just like you would get in a Michelin starred restaurant...in France. The ambience was perfect and the service was thoughtful, careful and attentive. One of the best restaurants in the whole of Penang! Service was good. Ambience cosy. Food were good. We had the scallops as appetizer- highly recommended, rack of lamb and vegetarian pesto pasta. Both were tasty.

We had very nice experience at No.11 Service: Awesome service by the floor team as they are very attentive an friendly. Food: Appetizer - scallop - love the yuzu with the scallops. Refreshing and appetizing. Bonito tataki - as a tuna lover, this was perfectly...done. Especially with the egg yolk and candied walnuts. Main - Angus short ribs - well braised almost melt in the mouth short ribs is the first runner up for tonight. Flavourful sauce well combined with the soft n juicy meat. Dessert - star of the night - elements of cacao. Ends the night perfectly. The creamy rich chocolate ganache has stole our heart with the hazelnut dacquoise. We were celebrating our 10th year anniversary and the team surprised us with a complimantary tiramisu that make our night even more memorable. Kudos to the team and keep up the good work.More
