Very friendly staff. Immediately felt totally welcomed in a family environment. Very well kept trattoria (both inside and out), very quaintly arranged. Food was good, mostly sea food. Typical Italian restaurant where the owners/staff take pride in serving you well

Decoration à la grandmother. Cosy and relaxed. Run by some vivid and caring witches. Very charming atmosphere. Food merits 3.75 points.

Charming decor - we were greeted immediately by the owner, who was welcoming and friendly but then she became a bit pushy about what we should order and we ended up not making selections that would have been right for us. So from that standpoint we were not happy. The dessert was extremely mediocre. It was presented as "fatto in... More

Standards of gastronomy are generally high in Northern Italy, actually on average one of the highest in Europe. (Although in my experience higher - and not more expensive - in North Western Italy, such as Liguria or Piemonte than further East.) Interestingly, prices are pretty even, that is to say the "surcharge" for more elegant restaurants over the more simple... More

no suprises here, which is actually nice, good Venetian classic fish cusine, very well prepared - just the lacking al fresco dining was a bit of a disppointment. nice selection of crudi and an excellent Rombo, the fritto misto was really good too. very professional and friendly service - mabe all a but too "professional", no creativity, no new ideas... The decoration of the restaurant was amazing, flowers, orchids everywhere, I have never seen before such like a nice place . You can enjoy the originally italian home -style atmosphere and hospitality, the staff is very helpful and friendly. They served 16 different seafood, that was unique and unbelievable experience. If you don't like fish, you can eat some special... More

Nothing in this restaurant is standard or fake. The personality of the owner is strong in all the details, in the decoration, in the service and in the food. The fish is the hero here. Fresh and cooked in a traditional way. Quantity is generous and service quick. You enter hungry and you go out happy.

The restaurant is lovely and very much "venetian style". The dishes are well cooked, quite good too, not exceptional though. This well known restaurant serves plates like a classic family restaurant usually called "trattoria", except the prices are way much higher (75,00 € each person). I would suggest you to go and try it just to meet the fascinating Antonia,... More

If you really love excellent fish, fresh, deliciously prepared and served with a warm smile in an authentic 'Italian Trattoria' atmosphere...this is the place! The area itself is very interesting, with the Brenta river nearby, and jaw-dropping Palladian villas. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
